TCY Machinery UK Ltd is our first direct overseas location designed to support customers both here in the UK, and further afield too. We offer:
Most of all, we are a friendly bunch with a wealth of experience in the corrugated industry – we are here for you, so please use us!
TCY has built its reputation over decades, ultimately by putting our customers box production needs at the forefront of everything we do.
We achieve this by:
We know what it takes to make boxes well, it’s what we do!
Our roots are traced back to 1959, manufacturing simple stitcher machinery and then in the 1960’s adding eccentric slotting, rotary slitter scorer and flexo printing machinery to the range. In the late 70’s, we developed the first Flexo Printer Slotter to be manufactured in Taiwan.
By 1980 we had produced our first Corrugator line and added automation to our machinery ranges. With the assistance of Japanese manufacturing philosophy and machinery design concepts, the 1980s and early 1990’s saw development of the both the Corrugator line and Flexo Printer Slotters.
By the mid-90’s we had produced the second generation of Flexo’s and grown the size range to meet market demand. At the same time we attended International Exhibitions to expand our customer base and show the world our technology and machinery capabilities, in particular, enjoying rapid expansion in to the North American market.
After a well documented and very difficult time in the early 00’s, TCY bounced back with the introduction of the JUMBO casemaker, development of our Top Loading Counter Ejector and overall re-organization of the sales structure. We continued to showcase or range at exhibitions around the world and fought hard to restore TCY back to its rightful position on the global stage.
In the last decade, we have invested heavily in our manufacturing facilities, processing lines and global resource structure. Our R&D continued to push to boundaries with machine speed and accuracy, resulting in the introduction of the QS all servo-driven, fixed type full inline casemakers. These speed merchants are lighting up productions records for our customers around the world.
